CSW Connections is a program that helps build long-term relationships where professionals guide and mentor
students throughout their career.
Students are paired with professionals in their field of interest to learn from someone with first
hand experience.
Student leaders with a desire to help and empower
others in their community and beyond!

Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors currently attending the Charter School of Wilmington are welcome to apply.
Highly motivated students that have put in the effort to educate themselves about the field they want to go into. We are looking for students who have demonstrated an interest in a field and are looking for guidance on how to prepare for that field. *Students should not apply if they have not looked into the field on their own yet.
No! We have professionals in a variety of fields including but not limited to: Medicine, Law, Engineering, Technology, Finance, and Education.
You will have an initial meeting, about 45-60 minutes, where you will get an overview of what your mentor does and how they could help you. Then you will meet with your mentor once a month for about 15-30 minutes where they will guide you and answer any questions you may have.
We have no requirements for the number of students you must mentor. The number of students is first contigent upon your preference and then the amount of interest in your field.
